From Wednesday 11 March – Wednesday 18 March, Architecture students and staff from Nottingham Trent University and Bergen Academy of Art and Design, Norway took part in a unique collaborative project. Taking inspiration from Italo Calvino’s Invisible Cities, the students have addressed how global cities seem to challenge the laws of gravity, with soaring skyscrapers that compete to reach imposing heights.
